UNA VITA IN CANTO - THE MASTERCLASS
Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate in an opera masterclass with the renowned tenor, Fabio Armiliato, from September 7th to 11th. in Vienna. The masterclass is open to singers from all nationalities and ages, as well as singers with disabilities. This extraordinary event will include individual training, coaching, and a final concert with the star himself. Not only that, but participants will also have the opportunity to audition for the prestigious Amadeus Artists Agency, as well as receive professional video recording, diplomas, and awards.
Interested applicants are encouraged to fill in the application form below or via Email with their CV, website or at least 1 video recording and proof of payment via email to info@agentur-amadeus.com before September 1st.
COSTS The application fee is 70 Euros. Early birds who apply before August 1st will receive a special rate of 50 Euros. Maestro Armiliato will personally select 20 active students. The active student fee is 500 Euros, while passive students can participate for free.
In addition to the enriching learning experience, both active and passive students will receive a signed copy of Maestro Armiliato’s new book, "Una Vita in Canto", which will be launched for the first time in Vienna right before the concert at the Festsaal of the Akademisches Gymnasium- Beethovenplatz, 1010 Vienna on September 11th, 2024. Book presentation & Gala Concert
The star tenor will launch his new book, "Una Vita in canto," exploring the study of singing. He discusses how singing, like ancient arts, follows principles passed down from master to student. True scholars of singing work in harmony with nature and the universe, understanding that life itself is the energy shaping all things. The study entails turning raw vocal material into "singing expression" through technical rules, passion, and dedication. The master class students will then perform opera pieces in the grand Festsaal of the Akademisches Gymnasium. Active students will have the chance to showcase their prepared repertoire alongside the tenor and receive certificates, signed books, and prizes. This will undoubtedly be an inspiring and unforgettable event for everyone involved.
